Jiu Jue - Part 1

"Evildoer! Where do you think you're escaping!"

"You bald donkey[1]! Chasing me for three days and nights, your stamina is quite impressive!"

"Speaking nonsense! If I don't stop you, this poor monk[2] will die in front of the Buddha!"

"Hehe, you have poor talent and impure intentions, I'm afraid even the Buddha won't accept you!"

"Audacious!"

Under the dim light of night, amidst the mountains and forests, faint moonlight tangled with the mist in the mountains. Everything was murky, and only the sounds of swaying flora with the rustling of fallen leaves could be heard. With a swooshing sound, two figures, one in green and one in white, leaped out from the chaos, speedily jumping through the air as if riding clouds in the serene moonlight.

"Hand over that thing, and this poor monk might spare your life!" The monk in white robes, holding a staff in one hand and forming a mudra with the other, angrily denounced the fleeing person ahead.

"You can talk after defeating me!" Moonlight illuminated a head of lake-blue hair that was fluttering in the night wind, and only a disdainful sneer could be seen on the young face.

The monk became even angrier, reciting a spell. The cloud beneath his feet accelerated, and it seemed he was about to catch up with the blue-haired youth.

"Damn baldie, running so fast even without eating or drinking for three days..." The blue-haired youth sensed he was in trouble and suddenly lowered the cloud, diving into the deep mountains below…
