Jiu Jue - Part 18

He went to the Su Mansion. Although it was now an abandoned residence.

In the backyard of the mansion, there was a very small cenotaph. It'd been so long that even the words on the stone tablet in front of the grave had become dirty and blurry, making them difficult to read.

He took out three jars of wine from his sleeve and placed them one by one in front of the grave. The first jar of wine honored a book. It was a demon, but it had a name, Lan Ting. The second jar of wine honored a woman named Li Zhun. She was blue-blooded and as good as any man. The third jar of wine honored a man named Su Qiuchi. He was worthy of the name Little Overlord of Chang'an.

Their names are not found in any history book. However, they deserve to be remembered more than anyone else. Because they were a group of people who followed their heartfelt wishes and lived and died sincerely.

He lightly brushed his sleeve over the stone tablet in front of the tomb, and two rows of clean and handsome handwriting replaced the previous messy filth — Following the fragrance from a thousand miles, smiling at the reflection in the wine.

"I will drink this jar of wine with you after all."

The man raised the wine jar in his hand and finished it in one go.
